ensuring that gender does not influence the promotion process. We conduct regular reviews of promotion practices to ensure fairness. As management we ensure equal pay for equal work across genders, regularly auditing salary structures to identify and address any gender pay gaps. Transparency in salary scales will be maintained.

Kena Mother Earth Foundation has Implemented a zero-tolerance policy towards gender-based violence, sexual harassment, and bullying in the workplace. This policy includes clear procedures for reporting and addressing such incidents. We provide regular training for staff and management on recognizing, preventing, and addressing sexual harassment and gender-based violence. Awareness campaigns have been organized to foster a safe and respectful environment. We have devised a policy that offer support services, including counselling and legal assistance, for victims of gender-based violence and sexual harassment within the organization.

We collect and analyze data on gender representation, pay, career progression, and training participation to monitor progress towards gender equality goals. This data is used to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. We provide annual reports on gender equality efforts and outcomes to all staff. These reports outlines progress made, challenges faced, and steps taken to address gender equality gaps.

We conduct regular training sessions for all employees, including management, on gender equality, unconscious bias, and diversity. This helps in raising awareness and ensure that gender considerations are integrated into our everyday practices.
